Set Your Sights

Our enemy wants us to focus on the disappointments of RIGHT NOW, in order to rob us of our vision for the FUTURE. God's word says without vision, we perish.

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Proverbs 29:18 KJV

He wants us to be so focused on the things going "wrong" in our lives that we lose sight of all that's right. He wants us to lose hope. He most definitely doesn't want us to have faith.

For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Romans 8:24‭-‬25 KJV

Our hope is NOT in things we can SEE. Our hope is not in things of this very temporary, ever fading world. Our hope is not found in this life at all. It's in THINGS TO COME. So if you're facing a situation where you can't SEE any good thing about it, you can't see how you're going to make it out, you can't see when the answer is going to come, the Apostle Paul encourages us to WAIT for it, patiently. 

No, it's not going to happen in your time, on your terms, in your way. It's going to happen exactly how God has planned it for your life. Look beyond the right now and lay hold of hope in things UNSEEN, have faith in ALL that is to come and VISUALIZE God's promises to you coming to pass.

Never let the enemy talk you out of what God has ALREADY promised you. Never let him cause you to lose your focus on the things of God. Never, ever, let him steal your vision.

Have hope, patiently. Walk BY faith. Watch your visions come to life. All in God's time. He's never early, he's never late. He's always RIGHT ON TIME. Even when we don't see it, He's working. Even when we don't feel it, He's working. He never ever stops working.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Trust him with all your heart ❤ ... Even when you can't SEE, you can ALWAYS have vision.
