You are Chosen

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:  Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

1 Peter 2:9‭-‬10 KJV

We are chosen. We are royal. We are holy. We are peculiar. We belong to the Kingdom.

God in all his mercy reached down and saved us from ourselves in times where we probably barely even acknowledged him. His love, his grace, his mercy on us is so great. More than we can imagine.

No matter the condemnation that this world tries to bring into our minds. No matter how our enemy tries to fight our mind with his lies, GOD calls us his chosen. The creator of ALL things good, perfect and holy, calls US, HIS.

He did not create us to live in a place of defeat. He created us to live in his abundance. He created us to walk in the victory that he won for us at Calvary! Each and every single day he blesses us with is another day to praise him and bring glory to him! Simply for WHO HE IS.

It's not of our OWN works that we are anything that we are. It's not of our own works that we have anything that we have. It's not of our own works that we've been blessed to do all we've done for him. It's because of the Great I Am! It's ALL in him! Not by our own might, not by our own power but BY HIS SPIRIT!

Today, walk in his love for you. Walk in victory. Walk in his grace. Receive all he wants to do and has already done in your life! He has a perfect, beautiful, wonderful plan for your life and he is not slack concerning his promises. His ways are not our ways, his thoughts are not our thoughts, but his ways are FOREVER PERFECT.

Walk in trust. He is in full control. Open your hands and release all your burdens and cares. He is more than able. He is more than enough and he CHOSE you!
